The basic information you provide or upload to us includes: your username and email address collected during "account registration" and for necessary service notifications, your Apple ID account, your selected region information (such as your email address, nickname), and your Facebook account information (such as your Facebook user ID, email address, nickname, profile picture).

2. Feedback information you provide to us when receiving services, for giving you feedback and responding to your requests, includes: your feedback details, files and images related to your feedback that you provide, as well as records of your communications with our staff.

II. Automatically Collected Information

4. Device Management Data: To support your use of printer devices, you need to pair and bind the device through the Liene Photo App. During this process, we will enable your Bluetooth and network to collect your printer information and complete the pairing. This includes device name, model, MAC address, device ID, serial number (SN), SKU, firmware version, device status, activation time, Bluetooth MAC address, and Bluetooth name.

After registration, to record device usage for troubleshooting and analysis, we collect information such as the PCBA serial number, printer engine serial number, installation location, security settings (password set for device access), device status, ISP, IP address, platform, timestamp, application identifier, version, distribution channel, unique device identifier, IMEI, IMSI, device model, manufacturer, OS version, session start/stop time, language, location, time zone, network status (Wi-Fi, cellular), hard drive, CPU, and battery usage.

Additionally, when collecting your information for troubleshooting purposes, we will gather specific details generated during your use of the Liene Photo Printer / Liene Pocket Photo Printer, including: device battery usage statistics (including current status, total usage time, number of charges, charging time, and number of pages printed using battery only), Wi-Fi statistics (including Wi-Fi connection types (2.4G/5G), duration and frequency of 2.4G Wi-Fi connections, and duration and frequency of 5G Wi-Fi connections), as well as the number of remote tasks sent by the Liene Photo App and the number of near-field tasks sent by the Liene Photo App.

5. Printing and Cutting Data: To execute user printing activities and for subsequent feature optimization, we may collect information including the name, size, and type of the print file; source and type of print task (standard photo, collage, grid photo, avatar, ID photo, label sticker, business card, or greeting card); print optimization settings (orientation, border, filter, enhancement); print output count; print task start, reception, and completion times; print task end status (completed/fault); cut images; cut file name, size, type, and source file (including used images, elements, text); source and type of cut task (standard photo, collage, grid photo, avatar, ID photo, label sticker, business card, greeting card, or phone back cover); cutting mode (overall cut, scatter cut); cutting stroke size; cut task start, reception, and completion times; and cut task end status (completed/fault).

6. AI Background Removal: For executing AI background removal tasks and optimizing future features, we may collect information such as the uploaded image name, size, type, file; the final AI background removal file; and the status of the AI background removal (completed/failed).

7. Network Information: When you connect your printer to a network, we collect your device's network information to confirm that your mobile device and printer are on the same local area network and functioning together.

This information includes Wi-Fi details (SSID, BSSID, Wi-Fi MAC address, Wi-Fi password), device MAC address, and Bluetooth. Wi-Fi passwords are only stored locally on the device for reconnection purposes and are not uploaded to our servers.

8. Errors: To help resolve issues when using the printer, we collect device fault information, including device status (standby, sleep, print, charge, low battery, unable to print alerts, updates), paper status, paperless alerts, fault types (low paper alert, print error, paper jam, printhead error), fault repair options (fixed, post-repair), and result information.

9. Product Usage Data: When you use our products, we collect data related to product usage for troubleshooting purposes or to address your complaints and feedback. This includes information such as device activity time, device maintenance time, total pages printed, successful print pages, canceled print pages, paperless print pages, non-removable print pages, paper jam pages, unsealing error pages, resolution error pages, unpictured print photos total count, used toner total count, damaged print head total count, damaged embossing unit total count, device activation time, number of connected Liene Photo App users, total pages printed, total completed print tasks, total canceled print tasks, total paper feed alarms, total paper load errors, total paper errors, total device hardware errors, device cover open count, image decoding error count, wait-to-image error count, ribbon hole error count, ribbon jam error count, print head break error count, and embossing roller error count.

III. Information Obtained from Third Parties

10. Third-Party Information: We may collect your Facebook account information (Facebook user ID, email address, nickname, profile picture) from third-party platforms or service providers for account registration purposes.

For example, we may collect the model and system version number of a user's mobile device when using specific services. This information is collected to improve our services. 3. Cookies and Other Technologies (ONLY WHEN BROWSING WWW.LIENE-LIFE.COM)

What information do we collect and how do we use it? Hannto and our third-party service providers use technologies such as cookies, tags, and scripts. We do not link the information stored in our analytics software to any personal information you submit within the mobile application.

Local Storage - HTML5/Flash: We use Local Storage Objects (LSOs), such as HTML5 or Flash, to store content and preferences. Third parties with whom we partner to provide certain features on our website or display advertisements based on your web browsing activity may also use HTML5 or Flash cookies to collect and store information. Various browsers may offer their own management tools for deleting HTML5 LSOs.

If you no longer wish to participate in our user experience improvement program, you can go to [Settings - Services & Privacy - User Experience Program] to disable the program.

Please be aware that withdrawing consent may have certain legal consequences. Depending on the extent to which you withdraw consent for us to process your personal information, this may mean you cannot continue to enjoy Hannto's products and services.

These overseas jurisdictions may have implemented or may not have implemented data protection laws similar to those in your jurisdiction. If we may transfer and store your personal information in our overseas facilities, this does not change any commitments we have made to protect your personal information under this privacy policy.

I. Minors

We believe it is the responsibility of parents to supervise children using our products and services. However, we do not knowingly collect personal information from minors or send any promotional materials to this group.
